Every single generation of Pokemon has STILL been predominately dinosaurs and dragons, including the latest, and every single generation including the first has had a smattering of whimsical, impossible object-themed monsters. Seriously, whoever made this is a bad person and should be smacked upside the head with their DS. Dragon and dinosaur-like Pokemon are among some of my favourites, but I still appreciate all the other mons. Litwick is one of my favourite Gen V mons, for one. It’s also a bit tragic how people still don’t seem to realise that Gen I had Pokemon based on inanimate objects; namely Magnemite, Koffing, and Voltorb, inspired by magnets, sea mines, and Pokeballs, respectively.
